If the book is available at the time of request, it can take up to 3 working days to process the request.
If all copies are on loan, you will need to wait for a copy to be returned.
Once the copy is available for collection, a courtesy email will be sent to your email account informing you that the item has arrived. If the book is not collected by the expiration date displayed in the email, the book will go back to it's home location or to the next person in the queue.
You can also check the status of your request by logging in to your My Library account.
