If the item is available when the request is being processed, it can take up to 2 working days.
The status of a request can be checked by logging in to your My Library account.
An explanation of the item statuses are given below.
Not Started The item is either on loan, in transit to another campus Library or on the hold shelf. You will be able to see your position in the queue.
In Process The item is on the way to the campus Library where you have selected to collect the item.
On Hold Shelf The item is available to collect from the hold shelf in the Library.
A 'Requested Item Available' notice will also be sent to your University email account once the requested item is available to collect.
