If you see the following messages your textbook might be expired:

"Unable to open … No record for this loan is found on this machine" It may have been returned

"No valid licence was found for this item"

"The item has expired. It can no longer be accessed"

"No valid licence was found for this item"

All prescribed digital textbooks for level 1 units will expire at the end of the session. After the expiry date, simply download the book again, and then you can access it without restrictions for the rest of the teaching session.

Please note, the book needs to expire first before you can download another copy.

It is recommended to delete the expired PDF/epub and .acsm files before downloading the new copy.

The new download may take up to 24 hours to sync with your Adobe Digital Editions ID. In the meantime you can still access your book via the Proquest Ebook Central reader by selecting the Read Online option.
