If the item is available when the request is being processed, it can take up to 2 working days.
The status of a request can be checked by logging in to your My Library account.
An explanation of each item status is given below.
Not Started The item is either on loan, in transit to another campus Library or on the hold shelf. You will be able to see your position in the queue.
In Process The request is currently being processed.
On Hold Shelf The item is available to collect from the hold shelf in the Library. The expiry date for the hold will also display.
A 'Requested Item Available' notice will also be sent to your email account once the requested item is available to collect.
