You can check the status of requests at any time by signing in to your My Library account.

Once logged in, select REQUESTS. If the items have arrived you will see a 'REQUESTED. On Hold Shelf' note alongside the title.

An email notification will also be sent to your email account to advise you when it is ready to collect.

Books are kept on the requested item shelf until the expiration date has been reached. 

This period cannot be extended, however, you can request the book again after the period expires. If other people have also placed a request on the item you will be placed at the end of the queue when you place the request again.
