You can check the status of requests at any time by signing in to your My Library account.

Once logged in, select the 'My Library' tab then 'Requests'. If the  book/s has arrived you will see On Hold Shelf under 'Status'

An email notification will also be sent to your email account to advise you when it is ready to collect.

Books are kept on the hold shelf for 7 days and the expiry date will also be in the email. This hold period cannot be extended, however, you can request the book again after the hold expires. If other people have also placed a request on the item you will be placed at the end of the queue when you place the request again. If the book is located at your campus library you will not see the option to request.
