I have checked the link you have sent and also searched your article through the library search box and can confirm I am able to access the PDF. If you were trying to access off campus please see the below instructions:
In order to access online Library resources, you will need to enter your student ID number only (not email address) followed by your Western password. If you have made more than three unsuccessful attempts to sign in, your password can become temporarily locked for a 30 minute period so you may need to try again later.
If your ID number and Western password doesn't work, try clearing the cache in your browser then restart your browser before attempting access again. Restarting your computer may also help.
Alternatively, you can try a different browser to see if this resolves the problem. Chrome and Firefox is recommended.
If you are using a login that is saved into your browser, manually type in your password in case the saved password has expired.
You can also reset your password by visiting the password management page. Please note that you need to wait 30 minutes for your new password to be activated.
