Q. What does the one-time load mean?

There will be a one-time load for existing data from ResearchDirect including research publications and outputs, projects, datasets, activities, press/media, prizes, and HDR theses. This will ensure a smooth transition to the Research Profiles and Repository system.

Individual biographies will need to be reviewed and manually entered by researchers into the Research Profiles and Repository system.

The transition period, during which the old profiles will be accessible, will provide the opportunity to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.
