  1. Visit the Library Read & Publish Agreements page.
  2. Check if the journal publisher is listed then select it.
  3. Click on the “List of Titles” to browse for your journal by title or ISSN.
  4. Check in the spreadsheet for confirmation that your journal is available under that Read & Publish Agreement.

The benefits of selecting a journal included in a Read & Publish Agreement are:

  • You don’t have to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC).
  • You retain the rights to your work.
  • Your research is immediately open access.

If your journal is not available under that publisher’s Read & Publish Agreement, consider whether another journal listed under the Read & Publish Agreements is available and suitable for your research.

Contact your School Librarian for support with finding suitable publishing outlets to submit your research.
