Q. How do I install EndNote on a university computer?

EndNote should be available to install from the Software Center on your staff computer.

Note: If you have used EndNote before in earlier versions, please save a copy of your EndNote libraries (as these will convert to the later version).

To install EndNote on your university computer:

1. Search and access the Software Center from the Windows start menu.
2. Choose 'Applications' from the menu on the left.
3. Select 'ClarivateAnalytics_Endnote_21.2_2024'
4. Click on 'Install'.
5. Follow the prompts to install.

If you do not see 'ClarivateAnalytics_Endnote_21.2_2024' in the list, please login to the WesternNow IT Portal or contact the IT Service Desk (02 9852 5111 or itservicedesk@westernsydney.edu.au) to have the program added to the Software Center.

If you are not able to get past the Administrator Password pop-up window, you may need to request administrator privileges by completing the 'Windows Local Admin Access' WesternNow form. For further assistance with this issue, please contact the IT Service Desk.
