Non-open access publications will be embargoed (select Options: B or C) on the Right of Access Form

  • It is the HDR student's responsibility to investigate as early as possible in the process, to avoid delays at the time of Library deposit.
  • If publications cannot be made openly accessible at the time of Library deposit, select Option B or C on the Right of Access form to embargo the publications for further review.
  • If the embargo is a publisher requirement, the Library will automatically make the publications accessible in Research Direct after the embargo expire
