Q. Can I access eTG Complete on my mobile device?

If you currently access eTG complete at Western Sydney University, you may be eligible for a token to use the eTG complete app on iOS or Android.

With the token you can:

• Download the content within the eTG complete app.
• Use the app from anywhere for the duration of the subscription.

How to register for a token:

You will need to register using your institutional email address (e.g., 12345678@student.westernsydney.edu.au (for WSU students) j.smith@westernsydney.edu.au (for WSU staff).

You can do this off campus or when you are on campus and connected to Western Wi-Fi.

• To register to receive a token for the first time, please click here. A token will be sent to your email address. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam or junk folders.
• To annually renew an existing token, please click here. When a token renewal is required, you will receive an email reminder with instructions.
