Library group study room bookings can be made online through the 'Student Group Study Rooms' page.

Once you have read through the conditions, click on the I agree and wish to make a booking link, then:

  1. Choose a campus library.
  2. Select the cell that corresponds with the room and start time you would like to book. Cells that display in grey are available.
  3. Use the drop down menu at the bottom of the page to adjust the booking duration. Rooms can be booked up to two hours.
  4. Click on Submit Times.
  5. Sign in using your student email address and Western password.
  6. Click on Submit my booking.
