This message "Unable to download. Error getting Licence. Licence Server Communication Problem: W_ADEPT_CORE_EXPIRED" indicates that your book has expired.

Simply repeat the steps you followed to download the book and your access will be restored.

It is recommended to remove the expired book in the app before downloading the new one.

To to this:

  1. Open the Adobe Digital Editions app and make sure that your library is in the list view. If the titles are arranged in mosaic view, tap on the list icon at the top right.
  2. Swipe the book you want to delete to the left.
  3. Select the trash icon.
  4. At the prompt 'Do you really want to delete this book?' choose 'Yes'.
