This message appears when your computer is activated with an anonymous Adobe ID account.
To erase the authorization for the anonymous account, please refer to the instructions on how to erase your authorization. If this does not resolve the issue, try the following keyboard shortcut commands to deauthorize:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + D
Mac: Command + Shift + D
