Some students are incurring the following errors when accessing the ‘full-download’ option only.
This occurs when you have not authorised Adobe Digital Editions with an Adobe ID and as a result, you can only download from the first device used.
The vendor is working on a solution for full downloads. In the meantime, students can still access the e-texts content by the following ways:
- Download individual chapters
- Read online
