Adobe have identified an issue with the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions.
Users typically encounter the following errors when they try to open their textbooks:
To fix this issue you will need to:
- Uninstall Adobe Digital Editions from your device. (Mac users: Please ensure you Empty the Trash to complete the uninstall)
- Download and install the version available on the Adobe downloads page.
- You should be able to access your textbooks as normal.
