Adobe have identified an issue with the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions.

Users typically encounter the following errors when they try to open their textbooks:

To fix this issue you will need to:

  1. Uninstall Adobe Digital Editions from your device. (Mac users: Please ensure you Empty the Trash to complete the uninstall)
  2. Download and install the version available on the Adobe downloads page.
  3. You should be able to access your textbooks as normal.
