Some digital textbook files are very large. This may affect the time taken to download the full content. You may need to wait longer than usual. If the download appears to have finished but does not prompt you to open the book, try closing the download window and Adobe Digital Editions (ADE). Open ADE and see if the book is available to view. If it is still not appearing you may need to try downloading on campus using the university's WiFi connection.
