The e-Shelf feature in the Library catalogue allows you to save and manage items that you have located throughout your search.

You can access the e-Shelf by clicking on the e-Shelf link located at the top right hand side of the page from the search results page.

Saving items to the e-Shelf

In order to save items in your search, you will need to login to your My Library account, by clicking on the Sign In link at the top right hand corner.

When you select the star icon for an item in the search results, the star icon will be highlighted and will save the item into the Basket folder in the e-Shelf. You can also add all items which appear on the page by selecting the Add page to e-Shelf link to the left.

Removing items from the e-Shelf

To remove an item from the e-Shelf, you can either click on the Star icon so that it is no longer highlighted and this will remove the item from the Basket folder in the e-Shelf.

Alternatively, you can delete items from the e-Shelf by using the check box to select the reference/s then click on the Delete icon.

Viewing items saved in e-Shelf

To view items that are saved into the e-Shelf, click on the Basket folder. If you have created subfolders you can also click on the relevant folder to view a list of saved items. When you click on an item, the full catalogue record of the item will appear at the bottom of the page.
