Document Delivery can be accessed via the Services menu on the Library homepage.

This is a free service provided to all Western Sydney University postgraduate students and academic staff.

To register you will need to complete the online Registration and Copyright Declaration form.

Once you have been successfully registered, you will receive an email with your login details and be able to submit requests.

Your Document Delivery account also gives you the ability to change your postal address / pickup location and update other details from the Edit Profile tab. Note that if you change the email address to a non University address your Document Delivery request will be denied. Also, at any time you can look up the status of your request via the Query Request screen.
