If the item is available at the campus Library you will be traveling to, we cannot place it on hold for you.
Requesting items is part of the Library intercampus service. This service is designed to provide quick and efficient provision of items to Western Sydney University libraries where they are not permanently located. It cannot accommodate requests for items to be picked up at the permanent location.
If you are unable to locate the items on the shelf when you visit the library then please inform library staff and they will be able to assist you.
