Turnitin records the exact time a paper is submitted to Turnitin.  You can find the submission time by going into the Originality / GradeMark Report and clicking the information "(i)" symbol located toward the bottom left of the Document Viewer page.  This will give you the time stamp for the paper and provide other information. 

Note: The submission date/time in the Grade Centre indicates when the paper was sent to the Grade Centre and may not be accurate.
