In most cases, Dissertations and Theses A & I via Proquest, only provide a 24 page preview of a thesis with an option to purchase.
If you are a postgraduate student or member of staff, the library will try to obtain a print copy for loan via Document Delivery, however, purchase of a thesis on your behalf is not part of this service.
NB: PhD, Masters and Honours students (with supervisor approval) may purchase the full text thesis in PDF from ProQuest and claim the money back from their candidature funds.
You could also try:
- Searching the web using a search engine such as Google
- ResearchDirect where Masters and PhD theses are submitted
- An advanced search in Trove by limiting the search to thesis from the format box.
- Contacting the author directly and asking permission to view their work
You could also try the links from the Locating Theses page.
