The status of your request can be found by logging into your My Library account.
Once logged in select the 'My Library' tab then 'Requests'. If the book/s has arrived you will see ' On Hold Shelf ' under 'Status'
A courtesy notification will also be sent to your university email to advise you that it is ready to collect.
Books are kept on the hold shelf for 7 days. This hold period cannot be extended however you can request the book again after the hold expires. If the book is located at your campus library you will not see the option to request. If other people have also placed a request you will then go to the end of the request queue.
