The Library offers a Request service for the delivery of library items between campuses, delivery of an item which is currently on loan or collection of an item already located at the pick up location.

To place a request for an item:

  1. Click the button to Sign in to My Library (if you are already signed into My Library go to step 3).
  2. Sign in using your WesternAccount credentials. If you're an Alumni member, please refer to your Library membership registration email to obtain your login details.
  3. Click on the Request button.
  4. Select the dropdown menu for Pickup Location. Pick the campus you would like to collect the book from and finalise by clicking SEND REQUEST.

Please refer to your My Library account to check when a requested item is available for collection. A Library notice will also be sent to your email account.
