Once the item has arrived at the nominated pickup location, Library staff are unable to change the location. If the available item is not picked up by the expiry date it will be sent back to the home location or will be used to fill the next request.
Please note - you may cancel your request and place the request again. However, if there are other requests on this item it will go to the next client in the queue.
