Yes. A capping system applies due to high demand for the YourTutor service.
A notice will display when you log into the service. This will only appear once and there is an option to send a message to the support team at the bottom of the notice.
Minute usage allocation will appear on the right hand side of the landing page. As the service is used throughout the month, the usage time will be deducted from your monthly allocation. Minute deduction for the writing feedback service is based on the word count
Minutes that have not been used in the allocated month will be lost when usage is reset at the beginning of the following month.
Tips for getting the most from your minutes:
- Remove any cover sheets, assessment criteria or other superfluous information from your document if they are not necessary for the tutor to review.
- If you are submitting a second or subsequent draft and have only updated parts of your work, you may only wish to send a partial document for review. If you choose to do this, you should explain this to the tutor in the submission form so that they understand it's only part of your document.
