Western Sydney University Alumni have borrowing access upon presentation of a current University GradLife card or email that confirms your Alumni membership from the Office of Advancement and Alumni. University graduates and former staff can fill out the online form or contact the Alumni Relations Unit (email@example.com 9685 9500) to obtain the University GradLife card.
Present your Grad life card or show your email confirming Alumni membership at any Western Sydney University Library. If you are unable to travel to one of our campus libraries please forward your confirmation email from the Office of Advancement and Alumni to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your library membership.
Alumni Library members can borrow items from the general collection and have off campus access to a limited number of databases.
Loan conditions are:
- 30 items at any one time
- 14 day loan
- 14 day renewal periods, up to a maximum of 84 days from the initial renewal date
- Alumni membership does not include Document Delivery.
Alumni Library access to databases is via the Alumni eResources page. Please note, access is not available via the library catalogue.
Registration and processing time to activate off campus access to online resources can take up to four days after which time log-in details will be forwarded to your email.
