When setting the due date and due time for a Turnitin assignment, please note that setting the due time to 12:00AM applies to the beginning of the selected due date.
For example, if the due date is selected as 1st April at 12:00AM, students will be able to submit assignments up to and including 11:59PM on 31st March. First submissions from 12:00AM onwards will be marked as late and students who have submitted previous drafts will be blocked.
If the due date in the Learning Guide is midnight on 1st April, the Turnitin assignment due date and time should be set as 11:59PM on 1st April.
Adjusting the due date to 1 April 11:59 will allow all students to submit and remove the late status of the others.
NB: Ensure that the post date is the date when marks are released.
